Kristi Yamaguchi and Mark Ballas - Dance 1: (Quick Step): They had a permitted lift at the end per the new rules. It wasn’t that exciting. The rest of dance was pretty entertaining though. I especially like their solo dancing part. Scores 9/10/10; Dance 2: (Samba): A very fun routine, [...]
Jason Taylor and Edyta Sliwinska -(Cha Cha Cha): Jason kept his head looking down too much during his solo dancing, looking at his feet or Edyta’s feet, which I found distracting. The choreography was fun, though. Scores: 8/8/8
Shannon Elizabeth and Derek Hough - (Rumba): That was one beautiful routine. [...]

The dancers really upped their game this week and the judges finally handed out some 10s this week. If you didn’t watch, you may be surprised who were the dancers who picked them up.
Kristi Yamaguchi and Mark Ballas - (Paso Doble): I really loved this routine. I thought that Kristi really had the acting [...]
Marlee Matlin and Fabian Sanchez - (Jive) I liked this routine a lot. It was fun and very energetic. I thought that her feet work was pretty good, considering how fast it was. Scores: 7/7/7
Steven Guttenberg and Anna Trebunskaya - (Tango) I thought that he tried too hard to [...]
This morning on The Oprah Winfrey Show was the “Dancing with the Stars Extravaganza.” Oprah sat a table with host Tom Bergeron and judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli sat at their judges’ table. The whole set was transformed to look like the DWTS ballroom.
The prior dance champions performed on the [...]

I only watched bits and pieces of this week’s episode of Dance War, flipping back and forth between it and Unwrapped, followed by Jon & Kate plus 8. However, that was enough to know that it still is mediocre television. It says a lot that I would much rather watch a bunch of [...]
Has it really been a whole week since the torture that was week one of Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann? Tonight is episode two at 8/7c on ABC.
Although the episode is described as the judges picking their teams and sending two sad souls home, I think more likely that Bruno will say something “outrageous,” [...]
Last night, while we were suffering through episode one of Dance War, Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba was celebrating her 40th birthday at Les Deux nightclub in Los Angeles.
Here are some photos, courtesy of TMZ, of Carrie Ann enjoying the night with boyfriend and former So You Think You Can Dance contestant [...]

Dancing with the Stars hosts Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba debuted their new show Dance War. I thought it was okay. I thought that Bruno and Carrie Ann were annoying during the auditions. Rather than watching/listening, they were chatting to each other the whole time. It was very distracting.
The [...]

Dancing with the Stars fans don’t have to wait until March to see their favorite DWTS judges (unless, of course, their favorite judge in Len Goodman). Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli’s new show debuts on Monday, January 7th.
Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann will have the two judges coaching teams of dancers (who will [...]
